These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the GrillRenewCT website and the grill cleaning and restoration services we provide across Fairfield County and Greater Hartford, Connecticut. By requesting a quote, booking a service, or messaging us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

GrillRenewCT provides professional grill cleaning, deep cleaning, and restoration services. Service availability, scope, and results may vary depending on the condition, age, and type of your grill. We will do our best to communicate clearly about what a given service includes before we begin work.

2. Quotes & Pricing

Prices listed on our website and in our packages are starting prices. Final pricing depends on the size, type, and condition of your grill and the service selected. We’ll confirm your price before performing any work. If additional work is needed, we’ll let you know and get your approval first.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

We’ll work with you to schedule a convenient appointment time. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. We ask for reasonable notice so we can offer the slot to another customer.

4. Messaging Terms

When you provide your mobile number and opt in on our forms, you consent to receive text messages from GrillRenewCT about your quote, scheduling, appointment reminders, and service updates. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

  • Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.
  • Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods communicated at the time of booking. Late or non-payment may result in additional fees or collection efforts as permitted by law.

6. Satisfaction & Liability

We take pride in our work and want you to be happy with the result. If something isn’t right, let us know and we’ll make it right. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrillRenewCT is not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear, rust, or component failures unrelated to our service, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact information, safe and reasonable access to your grill and property, and any relevant details about your grill’s condition. You’re responsible for ensuring the work area is accessible on the day of service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
